How does payment work?
Payment is made in XRP directly from your XRPL wallet using Xaman (formerly XUMM). Select your plan, open the payment request in the Xaman app, and sign the transaction. Access activates on-chain confirmation.
Is this non-custodial?
Yes. SignalX never holds your XRP, tokens, or NFTs. All payments are direct on-chain XRP transactions. We never request your private key, seed phrase, or wallet control of any kind.
What is Xaman?
Xaman (formerly XUMM) is a non-custodial XRPL wallet and signing app. Download it at xaman.app. It is the primary signing tool used to pay for SignalX access passes.
What happens when my access expires?
When your plan expires, access automatically returns to the Free tier. Locked content returns to locked state. You can purchase any plan again at any time — there is no subscription or auto-renewal.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Yes. Purchase any plan at any time. If you already have active access, your new plan extends from the current expiry date (planned feature). Contact the SurferX team via the Hub if you have access questions.
Is the Full Use (yearly) pass a subscription?
No. All plans are one-time payments with a fixed duration. There is no auto-renewal, subscription, or recurring charge. Full Use gives you 365 days of access from the payment date.
What is the NFT Holder Bonus?
Verified SurferX Syndicate NFT holders may receive a one-time seven-day full-tier access benefit plus a one-time XP award after ownership proof and on-chain NFT verification.
